Child Custody Divorce

When it comes to child custody, divorce is one of those instances where parents have a choice to make. They must come together to make decisions on behalf of their child's well being. If they cannot do so, the divorce will require that they allow a court to determine who has legal right to the child. It is often a better option for parents to work together to determine what their child's needs are. This includes who will have main custody of the child, who will make decisions for the child for their education, health and religion and what the other parent's rights are. Visitation and child support must be worked out as well. One of the most difficult things for two people to do is to work together when they are going through divorce, but many do so in an effort to help them to honor their child.
