Britney Spears Settles Child Custody Battle with Federline

The battle between Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline has finally settled their child custody battle of their two sons. The terms of the agreement between both parties have not been revealed and remain confidential.

It has been stated by Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, that Federline will keep the sole custody of Sean Preston, 2 ½, and Jayden James, 22 months. Neither party would comment to reporters on the details of the settlement terms. Laura Wasser, Spears’ attorney, viewed the custody deal as a victory to the entire family that under the circumstances can help benefit the children.

Upon the settlement agreement, the child custody trial that was set for August will not require take place.
