Child Support Enforcement Releases March 2007 Most Wanted Poster
Anyone with information on these individuals should contact DE Crime Stoppers
DELAWARE - The Division of Child Support Enforcement is searching for another batch of deadbeat parents and has released a new poster with the names, faces and descriptions of 10 parents (9 male, 1 female) who owe $56,000 to $10,000 in unpaid child support.
"This campaign sends a message to those parents who will fully evade their support obligations that Delaware's efforts are going to be relentless until they are found and held accountable," said Charles Hayward, Director, Division of Child Support Enforcement. "About half of the individuals appearing on our Most Wanted List have been captured and decided to turn themselves in," said Hayward. "This collaboration with state and local government, law enforcement and the public sends a strong message to offenders that they cannot run from their obligation to their children."
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of a most wanted obligor or his/her attempt to hide financial assets or employment, should contact the DE Crime Stoppers 1-800-TIP-3333 or email crimestoppers@state.de.u. Please provide as much information as possible. Important information to include if you have it is as follows:
- Name of obligor (non-custodial parent) and Name of custodial parent
- Name of child/children
- Case number
- County address or Address and location of obligor (non-custodial parent)
- Place of employment of obligor (non-custodial parent)
- Location of assets of obligor - bank accounts, stock, property, vehicles, etc.

The posters, which launched in September 2006, are part of increased child support enforcement efforts, as the division works to collect millions owed to about 72,000 Delaware children and their caretakers. The posters are published on the division's Web site and posted in government and social-service offices throughout the state to encourage people to call the division or Crime Stoppers with tips about where deadbeat parents live, work, and whether they are hiding money.
